The exceptional, moderate, and warming 'spirit' in the sauna is ensured by a serpentine stone furnace with jadeite, white quartz, and Himalayan salt stones. The serpentine is a pre-metamorphic form of the jadeite mineral. Our sauna stove provides the highest quality for our sauna rituals. Due to its physical and chemical properties, it heats up and cools down slowly, maintaining a consistent, pleasant temperature, and caring for the body's well-being.
The combination of the owner's stones has been specially researched to give you the best sauna experience, both physically and mentally. On a physical level, jadeite is an excellent ally of the bather, as it provides a gradual return of heat, providing a 'light spirit' and preventing the body from 'burning' sensations. The white quartz, meanwhile, fills the room with ozone atoms, which enrich the blood with oxygen and stimulate brain activity, reducing the often encountered feeling of exhaustion after a sauna. Himalayan salt stones, on the other hand, emit negative ions, which are responsible for the health of the respiratory tract - lungs and bronchi.
On a spiritual level, when the stones heat up and when the 'spirit is cast', each stone emits a unique electromagnetic field, creating a special, healthy microclimate in the sauna. When a person is in such a sauna, his energy is charged, stabilized, and restored.

The owner of Jadeite Sauna, bathhouse owner Inese Namniece, has over 40 years of experience in the field of health promotion. Inese has been teaching both private and group yoga classes and has traveled to India several times. In pursuit of professional development, Inese has graduated from the Tibetan Yoga Academy and studied massage.
Sauna has always fascinated Inese. She believes that there is no better way to cleanse the body and skin. Therefore, in the past ten years, she has focused more directly on learning about bathhouse rituals, developed her professional skills as a bathhouse attendant at the Bathhouse School and went to seminars both in Latvia and abroad. Inese is highly valued as a sauna master by clients and professional colleagues in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Arnis possesses the rare ability to synchronize with another's rhythms and create an atmosphere in the sauna just for them! Not surprisingly, in the 2018 national sauna master contest, Arnis secured second place for his work technique and an audience sympathy award for his performance!
